Exciting Progress on the Eastern O’Hare Western Access (EOWA) Project!
JWI is proud to contribute to the transformative EOWA project, a long-awaited initiative bringing Western access to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. We are working alongside V3 and Knight to relocate the railroad tracks and bridges.
With a targeted completion in 2027, the $534 million I-490/I-390 Interchange Project—funded by the Illinois Tollway—will connect critical transit routes and facilities, enhancing mobility and fueling economic growth in the region.
