We are so honored and excited to have been chosen by WTS Greater Chicago Chapter as the 2023 Employer of the Year! We are led and surrounded by incredible women in the transportation industry and cannot wait to celebrate this achievement and other award recipients in May at the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter Annual Awards Banquet.
Advancing Women in Transportation. That is the tagline for the WTS. Starting back in 1977, women in the transportation industry got together and formed a group called the Women’s Transportation Seminar. Back then it was frowned upon for women in the professional world to form organizations, hence calling themselves a Seminar under the guise of an educational event. “Today, WTS International is a vibrant and essential part of an industry of more than 40,000 transportation professionals. WTS has more than 8,000 members and 67 professional chapters.
