Meet one of our Project Directors, Valeria Wright!
We’re taking a moment to celebrate Valeria’s “Take Credit Thursday” campaign, which has become a weekly routine in which she celebrates wins, whether big or small, in her personal and professional life. This campaign has led to multiple speaking engagements, one of which was at the Inaugural Chicago Women in Roofing Conference. During her Keynote Speech, Valeria shared how women can do great work, share those results, own them, and take credit for them. Valeria is also a Chairperson for the NAWIC Chicago Metro Chapter, where she’s taken the opportunity to speak to many high school- and college-aged women looking to join the industry.
