Over the past few weeks, we had the privilege of joining the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) team on insightful tours of the baggage handling systems at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Their innovative decisions are pushing the industry in new, beneficial directions and forcing us to view things through a different lens.
It’s inspiring to see airports across the country collaborating and sharing successful innovations that help move the entire industry forward.
