Delta Sky Club Brand Right

JWI is the program and project manager for Delta Air Lines (Delta) under an ongoing Delta Sky Club Brand Right initiative. This program involves 26 Sky Club facilities at 20 airports within the Delta domestic system.

PROJECT BACKGROUND

JWI oversaw the design and construction of automatic door installations at seven Sky Clubs, new food service areas for three Clubs, and Delta Sky Club-branded Greet Walls at eight locations. Entry door glass was replaced at five locations, and carpets were replaced at over 15 clubs.

We worked closely with both Delta’s Corporate Real Estate and Sky Club Facilities teams, as an extension of their staff, to ensure this critical brand-image project was delivered on time and on budget.  Our approach and method in managing each individual project was tailored to the needs of Delta throughout each phase.

During this extensive, hands-on project, JWI provided a supreme range of program management services including owner’s representation, design development and management, budget management and cost estimating, schedule management, general contractor procurement and management, construction inspection and status reporting, procurement implementation and assistance, executive management updates, project team coordination, and client team coordination.
