JWI is providing program management services for the United Clubs and Polaris Lounges, which consists of working directly with United Airlines’ Corporate Real Estate department to lead and manage projects in various stages of conceptual review, design, and construction.
The United Clubs and Polaris Lounges Program consists of fifty-one total projects that include forty-two United Clubs and nine Polaris Lounges across the globe. The projects range from new interior build-outs to furniture refreshes. JWI is responsible for developing concepts for stakeholder approval, providing direction to the Architect / Engineer by coordinating stakeholder meetings to align Marketing, Operations and Corporate Real Estate’s vision for each project within the program. As the Program Manager, JWI has developed procedures and structure for successful project delivery, which includes managing budgets, schedules, and project progress.
