Marlen is a self-driven and versatile professional with more than 27 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles in Architectural, Engineering, and Construction companies. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting functions as Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance for JWI.

Marlen specializes in process improvements from concept to completion, fostering good working relationships and creating positive working environments. She determines and executes department goals and objectives in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
