Look at that! A huge accomplishment for JWI’s Ryan Kwiecinski, AIA, RA, PMP, and Taylor Sampley, PMP—and for all our partners involved in this project. Having the BEST people at JWI means consistently delivering projects like this with excellence, and this one came together just in time for the holiday weekend, giving the U.S. Military and their families a comfortable place to relax and unwind during their travels.
Last week, our team successfully opened a new USO lounge at Denver International Airport as part of a multi‑phased project for Delta Air Lines. Relocating the USO marked the first major step—a full gut and renovation of an existing office space into a new ~4,000 SF lounge featuring a reception area, seating and work areas, snack pantry, game zone, kids’ area, new restrooms, BOH support, storage, and all‑new furniture. Despite the expected challenges of demo and construction, we delivered the space quickly and within budget.
