This month, we’re proud to spotlight one of our key professional services: project scheduling! From early time impact analysis and “what if” scenario planning to securing client recognition for schedules and creating new baselines, our schedulers work tirelessly to keep projects on track and clients informed. The work intensifies as we approach month-end, with nonstop meetings and late nights, all to ensure that every detail is aligned and schedules are submitted by the 10th.
