Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technology
Ed is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin with over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in program, project, and construction management. The majority of his work is for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) with work also for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT).
Ed leads the engineering and technology department for JWI, guiding the department’s growth to include the Construction Engineering Division, Technology, the Civil Planning and Design Division, and Specialty Markets, while overseeing project success.
