Julie Watts founded JWI in 1999 and has led the company’s growth to over 100 employees delivering transportation and construction projects for a wide range of clients. As President, Julie assesses the organization’s internal procedures and implements the best practices and performance monitoring systems to support a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Julie is knowledgeable and accomplished at providing services such as program management, project management, and construction management given her understanding of all facets of a project from conception through to completion. She belongs to the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Women in Transportation (WTS).
