Katherine Swirth

Katherine serves as JWI’s Director of Human Resources, leading the strategy, development, and delivery of HR programs that support the organization’s people, culture, and business objectives. With over ten years of HR leadership experience and an SPHR certification, she partners with executives and managers across the company to strengthen workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.

In her role, Katherine guides HR initiatives including performance management, training and development, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. She is passionate about building strong relationships, developing efficient processes, and fostering a workplace culture that reflects JWI’s mission, vision, and values.
