Delta Air Lines USO Lounge at DEN

As part of a multi-phased project for Delta Air Lines, the relocation and decommissioning of the existing USO were the first steps. JWI was the lead project manager on the construction of a new USO lounge at Denver International Airport. This consisted of a full gut and renovation of an existing office space into a new 5,000-square-foot lounge. Scope included a reception area, seating/work areas, snack pantry, game area, kids area, new restrooms, BOH support/storage, and new furniture. JWI managed all project teams and stakeholder coordination, furniture procurement and installation, and financial controls. While the demo/construction of the space came with its own set of challenges, we were able to deliver it quickly and within budget.
