Julie has over 25 years of experience delivering transportation projects for a wide range of clients.  This experience has provided her with the ability to manage multiple projects involving complex scopes of work along with meeting demanding deadlines, while overseeing the day to day operations of the firm.  Julie is knowledgeable and accomplished at providing services such as program management, project management and construction management given her understanding of all facets of a project from conception through to completion.  She holds a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design from Purdue University and belongs to the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Women in Transportation (WTS).

Mark Schoonveld is an experienced and talented construction manager with over $950 million worth of projects completed over a 23 year career. He excels at cost analysis, estimating, bidding and award. Mark is adept at managing multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. He has managed challenging aviation projects, while working closely with the Airlines, City of Chicago, FAA and TSA.

Amy Weaver started in the aviation industry in 2000. She has collaborated with airport and government officials, design and construction teams, and with multiple airlines on numerous airport capital improvement programs.  Amy’s success is due to her focus on communication and on preserving the airlines’ operational efficiency from the early design stages throughout the construction process.
