Job Order Contracting

JWI has been part of the project management, construction management, and construction inspection team for Job Order Contracting (JOC). Our responsibilities have included managing the overall budgets, overseeing schedules, preparing tasks for processing, managing design, selecting contractors, processing proposals, and performing Construction Management for the work. Our team is well versed in eGordian and the review process for proposals using the Construction Task Catalog.

Some of the projects that have been constructed under JOC include bathroom remodels, replacement of carpeting, installation of EV Chargers, installation of cameras, driveway replacements, landscape restoration, exterior building restoration, assessment and maintenance for boilers, roof rehabilitation, air unit and chiller replacements, culvert liner installation, and ductwork installation.
