Overview
From conception to closeout, JWI staff manages facilities projects for the United Airlines Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Planning and Development group, in over 30 different stations and corporate facilities nationwide.
Our team oversees all stages of over a dozen projects at any time, including programming, funding, procurement and contracting, construction, and closeout. Work includes interior build-outs and renovations of ATO space, ticket counters, lobby and hold rooms, jetbridge replacements, station closures, operations relocations, and facilities assessment studies, infrastructure replacements, and upgrades.
