Alaska Airlines Bag Tag Station Program

Overview

JWI is the program manager for Alaska Airlines bag tag station program. This program includes the replacement of kiosks in over 50 airports. Each location requires scope development, concept design, airport approval and  contractor procurement. JWI, as the program manager, is responsible for developing and managing the schedule and budget, coordinating with stakeholders for equipment procurement and resource allocation and regular reporting on
program updates in addition to managing the project lifecycle at each airport.
