Delta Kiosk Reduction and Replacement Program

The Delta Kiosk Reduction and Replacement Project is an initiative to install hundreds of new facial recognition kiosks throughout seven airports: ATL, DTW, EWR, JFK, MCO, BOS, and SEA.  Our services will soon be expanded to include over two dozen airports worldwide.

PROJECT BACKGROUND

These kiosks require an entirely new ticket lobby configuration. JWI works directly with various Delta stakeholders to design lobby configurations specific to each and every airport in the program.

In addition to project management, JWI’s services include scope of work creation, procurement administration, building permitting, site surveys, and developing and managing the project schedule and budget. JWI also oversees the City, Port Authority, Airport Authority, IT, and Delta CRE approvals. JWI ensures that airport authority approvals, city permits, and kiosk deliveries are completed on time, despite the risk of delays.

Due to JWI’s outstanding and timely work on the Kiosk Reduction and Replacement Program at DTW, the first station in a seven-airport program, our Delta contract has been greatly expanded to include the management of similar installations at 26 airports across the globe.
