Overview

JWI is an integral part of the City’s Program Management Team responsible for modernizing terminals, surrounding roadway and taxiway systems, and related support facilities for the Terminal Area Plan (TAP) while also maintaining the ongoing Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

JWI is a trusted partner working closely with the Chicago Department of Aviation, Signatory Airline Partners, and their affiliates to ensure the integrity of project budgets and schedules. JWI personnel are responsible for successfully delivering on-time and under-budget projects while maintaining a safe working environment and uncompromised quality. The Program is approved and fully funded per the Airline Use and Lease Agreement (AULA).
