Southwest Airlines Concourse D Expansion at Nashville International Airport (BNA)

JWI served as Southwest Airlines owner’s representative for the Concourse D Expansion project which included support of the Airline’s move to the new Concourse at Nashville International Airport (BNA). Our team assisted in design and scope review, bid drawing packages, contractor bid process and selection, and coordinated with various internal stakeholders to gain approvals. We also coordinated with various entities to expedite the airline-funded projects’  approvals to support the Expansion project while providing regular updates and continuous communication to key stakeholders, including the Airport and their contractors.
