Denver International Airport Concourse Expansion Program (DEN CEP)

Overview

The Denver International Airport Concourse Expansion Program (DEN CEP) is a five-year program to expand gate/hold room capacity at each of the DEN concourses A, B, and C. JWI is a part of the program management team overseeing the complex coordination and the Design Development, Procurement, and Construction for the Concourse C East and Concourse B East CEP. We also provide support for Design/CMR coordination of civil design and construction phasing development as well as the management of PMT Colocation space development and construction.

The $1.5B 39 new concourse gate expansion was completed in November 2022.  DEN added work to accommodate the relocation of various airlines to other gates.  This work includes the buildout of a new commuter facility, new airline support spaces, a new club for American Airlines on Concourse C, and gate modifications and technology upgrades. The additional work also allows for the construction of the ground load facility including five new gates for Frontier Airlines.

"I've been incredibly impressed by the expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness of the DEN Concourse Expansion program team. We just hit a huge milestone. It was a tremendous effort, and JWI was a significant part of that achievement. I have great faith that we'll be successful for the rest of the program's duration, because of the contribution of the JWI team."
