Overview
JWI provided program management services on the ACS Breakroom Refresh Program at Orlando International Airport (MCO), Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), Miami International Airport (MIA), and Nashville International Airport (BNA) and was responsible for the overall management and reporting of scope, schedule, and budget. Specific services included performing initial site visits to confirm scopes of work (for ACS breakrooms, locker rooms, and Delta exclusive restrooms), obtaining airport approvals, leading contractor procurement process, and overseeing all stages of construction through project closeout.
