Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Escape Lounge, Centurion Lounge, and Associated Support Space

JWI managed the design and construction of an Escape Lounge and Centurion Lounge at the International Terminal at Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport (PHX). The project site is around 9,000 square feet and is located at the Mezzanine level of Terminal 4 at PHX.

This project involves designing and constructing two clubs that will share support facilities, Escape for MAG USA and Centurion for American Express. Enabling projects include the temporary relocation of the existing Lounge and the permanent relocation of a family restroom in PHX.

JWI is delivering two clubs with two very different finishes under one operator. This makes it a unique project and adds complexity to the design and construction phases. Despite the intricacies of planning both clubs, JWI achieved the fastest turnaround time for any Centurion Lounge from design start to opening (ten months).
